Syncro: Reintroducing a brand for the future of IT

Syncro is an all-in-one platform built for Managed Service Providers, IT professionals managing complex, multi-client environments. As the product matured, the brand needed to match. Not just visually, but structurally.

The rebrand was a company-wide initiative. An external creative agency was brought in to develop the new identity, led by the VP and Creative Director. As the person who owned Syncro's existing web presence, I was embedded in 80% of agency calls, providing institutional knowledge on how the current site functioned, where it had constraints, and how the new identity would need to flex across a 100+ page WordPress environment.

When the agency's work was done, the work shifted to me.

Arizona Institute of Autism: A Journey to Redefine ABA Therapy and Education

AIA was already doing exceptional work. A thriving ABA therapy clinic serving children across the Phoenix metropolitan area, expanding quickly and building a strong reputation. The problem wasn't the service. It was that the brand hadn't kept up. When families first encountered AIA through a referral or an ad, the impression didn't match the quality of care they'd experience inside.

I was brought in as the agency of record to fix that, and to build something that could grow with them.

Providence Health St. Mary’s: “Mask Up With Pride” COVID-19 Awareness Campaign

During the COVID-19 pandemic, DVL, a community organization working on behalf of Providence Health St. Mary's, needed a campaign that could do something genuinely difficult: encourage mask usage in a way that felt like an invitation, not a mandate. I was brought in as creative lead to design and produce it.

LA Food Policy Council: Revitalizing L.A. with the Healthy Neighborhood Markets Network

LAFPC's Healthy Neighborhood Markets Network is on a mission to turn local neighborhood markets and corner stores into vibrant hubs of health and wellness in areas known to be food deserts in Los Angeles County. These aren't new stores. They're existing markets being renovated to carry fresh produce and healthy options alongside what they already sell. LAFPC brought me in to build the brands that would help each one show up for their community.

Three stores. Three neighborhoods. Three brands from scratch.

Voyage Media: Film Pitch Decks for Story-Driven Films Based on True Events

Voyage Media works across many film projects, and I was brought in to support a set of films rooted in real events, personal histories, and stories that were never widely recorded. Because these films are based on true experiences, the pitch materials needed to communicate emotional depth, historical context, and cinematic tone before the films themselves existed.

I developed pitch decks for Sallie's Crying Tree, Josie, and Angels From Heaven. Each deck was designed to feel distinct to its story, while following a shared process that supported clear storytelling, collaboration, and future development.

pH Collective: Building a Balanced & Bold Presence: Transforming a Brand

pH Collective is a community-driven branding and communications agency built around one mission: lifting up communities one brand at a time. As co-founder, I led the redesign of the agency's visual identity and website when the original brand could no longer carry the weight of where the agency was going.

The existing brand was clean but modest, reflecting the agency's grassroots beginnings. As pH Collective began pursuing larger, more complex clients, the brand needed to grow with it.

PARI: Elevating Engagement: Inspiring Interaction and Highlighting Achievements

PARI is a nonprofit science and education facility in North Carolina built around a former NASA research site. It runs youth camps, stargazing programs, facility rentals, and ongoing scientific research, serving everyone from curious kids to working researchers. The challenge was designing a website that could hold all of that without losing the visitor along the way.

Clavey Vineyard & Winery: Locally Sourced & Produced Italian-Styled Natural Wines

Clavey is a family-owned winery rooted in sustainability and quality craftsmanship, producing locally sourced, Italian-styled natural wines in California. They had an existing brand with a clear aesthetic direction, but needed a more modern, cohesive presence that could live consistently across web, social, and print without losing the warmth and integrity the family had built into the product.
