Reintroducing a brand for the future of IT
As a Senior Graphic Designer at Syncro, I supported the company through a pivotal rebrand that redefined how we presented ourselves across every channel. The project wasn’t just a visual refresh — it was an opportunity to build scalable, thoughtful systems that allowed our creative team to work more efficiently and our brand to connect more meaningfully with a shifting audience.Syncro is an all-in-one platform built for IT professionals, helping them streamline operations, serve clients more effectively, and grow their businesses. As the product matured, we needed a brand that matched the momentum — one that could evolve with the industry, feel credible to long-standing partners, and resonate with the next generation of IT leaders.


Process & Challenge
The rebrand centered on boldness, clarity, and forward-thinking design. We wanted to reflect the growing influence of AI, automation, and smarter workflows — not just in the product, but in our positioning and presence.As the brand direction came into focus, my role was to help bring it to life in a way that was both consistent and flexible. I contributed across multiple touchpoints, helping translate the vision into systems and assets that could scale.
My contributions included:
- Rebranding our full content and resource library, including ebooks, internal documentation, and training materials, to align with the updated visual language.
- Implementing the new website design system across more than 100 pages, transferring and customizing content in WordPress. I developed page patterns, collaborated with developers to ensure functionality, and made sure the site was not only visually aligned, but also easy to manage and update.
- Creating training and documentation for internal teams to confidently own parts of the site and maintain consistency without relying on custom development.
- Designing and producing branded swag and collateral for community giveaways, events, and Trade Shows.
I approached each area of the rebrand with a strategic mindset, building solutions that would support long-term growth. Whether it was organizing resource hubs on the website or guiding developer handoff, the goal was always to remove friction so the creative team could stay focused on impactful storytelling and the marketing team could move faster with fewer bottlenecks. We coordinated a company-wide launch day to unveil the new brand with a full-scale transition where the updated identity went live across our website, product, internal platforms, and external marketing all at once.

Outcome & Impact
The rebrand gave Syncro a stronger and more cohesive presence — one that stood out visually and functioned better behind the scenes. Our updated booth design and materials became a standout at events, while the restructured website helped new users quickly find the information they needed, book demos, and explore resources. Internally, our creative and marketing teams now work from systems that are easier to scale, maintain, and evolve — allowing for more creative energy and faster execution across the board.
